In order to speed up the reimbursement process of the deposited funds, starting from Monday 20th August, we advise you to proceed in the following way:
1. Access the platform at www.kickoffers.com
2. Login using your username and password
3. Make a not of your “Available Funds”
4. Click on “My Account”
NOTE: in order to proceed it is necessary to have completed all the account opening procedures. Should some of the verifications be missing (cell number confirmation, ID photo, verification code sent by post), you will be automatically be asked to complete them.
5. A green background page will open, scroll down until you see “Withdraw” and “Deposit Funds” – click on “Withdraw”
6. Insert on the right hand side the amount of “Available Funds” (see step 3.) you wish to withdraw
7. Click “Continue” to complete
NOTE: in the following page your bank details should appear (with encrypted IBAN), should they not appear you will have to insert them directly. In such event we also ask you to subsequently send us a [email protected] a scan, photo o screenshot of the following bank details: name, surname of the bank account holder and IBAN (on bank’s headed paper).
Within two/three working days your funds will be credited to your bank account.
If you are not comfortable with such procedure, please send us at [email protected] a scan, photo o screenshot of the following bank details: name, surname of the bank account holder and IBAN (on bank’s headed paper) and we will forward it to the broker for a manual reimbursement. Such procedure could take a few days more.
